We value your business and make efforts to deliver only best quality services. The whole translation process is professionally conducted from quoting to after-sale care.
Once you have confirmed order with us by issuing an official PO, we will start working on the project according to the timeframe agreed on at the quoting stage. Projects from the same client will always go to the same translator for consistency.
During translation, partially finished jobs are backed up and stored separately on a networked second PC (laptop with battery backup power), an external hard disk and an ftp site with private SSL connection. Although a power outage is rarely experienced in our area, yet we provide UPS systems to ensure data security.
Once the first translation is finished, we let a second translator (maybe outsourced) to do the editing work. However, in most cases, our first translation is already very good. Extra editing work without additional charges will ensure even better output.
Then we'll transfer the finished files (with TMs when necessary). Usually we send compressed documents through E-mail. But to ensure successful and timely delivery, ftp server is used for larger files.
This is not the end of the story yet. We care for your business. If you need further advice, we provide it for free. By utilizing this great value-added feature, an Austrian client achieved better results in re-creating company image using a language enriched with an oriental culture.
